Cool climate to its back teeth. Nutty, savoury, herb-shot and peppery. Juicy but firm. Plenty of power to the fruit but it works mostly as a cavalcade to the celebrity of herbs. This is about as convincing an example of the cool, spice-packed, upper Yarra Shiraz style as you will encounter. Love it
